Our Qualities

Our aim is the achievement of high levels of quality in our medical care, nursing care and management systems. This is what informs our daily activities in the various areas of the hospital. We are constantly assessing our achievements, developing our improvement potentials and building on our strengths. The ultimate measure of our activities are the patients who have been entrusted to our care as well as our residents and visitors.
Our guiding concept in this task is our collaboratively developed mission statement.
We use the methods of total quality management to implement our mission statement.
We work together in project groups, working parties and quality circles as part of a continuous improvement process, which we also subject to various certification procedures.
Once a year we publish a quality report on our facilities.
